D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator in Costa Mesa, CA to help athletes of all ages grow their memberships. The role focuses on appointment setting, outbound outreach, and building relationships with families and athletes in the local community.

You will contact leads, schedule consultations, and coordinate with the coaching team to move prospects into in-person conversations that convert to memberships. This is a growth-oriented, sales-focused environment.
