Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience required.
• Experience leading a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising and athlete experience.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with Store Manager and Assistant Manager for priorities and budgets.
• Create schedules and ensure payroll and financial goals are met.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and store policies while coaching staff.
