Qualifications

• CPA licensed with deep GAAP/GAAS knowledge.
• Proven track record leading large, high-risk assurance engagements.
• Advanced proficiency with assurance tech platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex and high-risk assurance engagements across industries.
• Provide guidance on accounting issues such as revenue recognition and leases.
• Develop engagement strategies and manage budgets to meet targets and quality goals.
• Coach and supervise managers and staff, driving performance and development.
• Review client deliverables and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit methodologies and use of new technology.
