Sorren seeks a seasoned assurance leader to oversee planning and execution of complex audits, reviews, and agreed‑upon procedures, serving as the technical authority on GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and SEC reporting. You will mentor senior managers, guide engagement profitability, and collaborate with regulators and boards while advancing firm‑wide initiatives and innovative audit methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of assurance-related work experience.
• CPA licensed with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and SEC rules.
• Proven ability to lead high-profile, high-risk assurance engagements and mentor others.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight for complex audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures.
• Serve as technical authority on accounting standards and regulatory reporting.
• Direct preparation of financial statements for external reporting and ensure compliance with standards and firm policies.
• Advise leadership on trends in accounting standards and regulatory changes.
