Qualifications

• Authoritative expertise in U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of complex and high-risk assurance engagements.
• Lead technical authority on GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards, and SEC reporting.
