Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
• CPA license or eligibility is preferred for advancement.
• Experience with GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex engagements and lead teams.
• Proficiency with audit software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of complex assurance projects, including audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures.
• Apply GAAP, GAAS, and other frameworks to evaluate risks and guide strategy.
• Plan engagements by budgeting, staffing, and scope management.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure growth and performance.
• Monitor project completion for profitability and adherence to objectives.
• Prepare management letters and client communications.
• Suggest profitable fee structures and proposals for new work.
