Job summary

Harri is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in directing the daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant, helping recruit, train, and coach staff to meet brand standards in service, food quality, and safety.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and adherence to company policies, drive guest experience, and partner with HR to resolve employee relations while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• May travel to other locations as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in directing daily restaurant operations and maintaining brand standards.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of staff to deliver excellence.
• Coordinate scheduling and inventory orders; cover shifts when the GM is unavailable.
• Ensure food safety, customer service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Partner with GM to analyze sales and labor to drive margin and growth.
