You will assist the Senior/General Manager in leading daily operations, developing team members, scheduling, labor control, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, cost control, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Provide fast, friendly service and high-quality food products to guests.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when Senior/General Manager is not present to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff who meet company standards and align with culture.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members under the guidance of the GM/SGM to build a strong team.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to support employee development and accountability.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during all business hours.
• Monitor labor usage and adjust staffing to meet cost targets while maintaining efficiency.
• Foster a cooperative, respectful workplace and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Participate in team and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory levels and control product usage to meet cost standards and reduce waste.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Assist with cash handling procedures and adhere to cash control policies.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with HR policies, sanitation, safety and security guidelines.
