Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead relationships with homeowners, boards, and vendors. You will travel to client sites, prepare disclosures, and summarize financials to support board governance and community operations.

This hybrid role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer service to ensure vibrant, well-managed communities. A CMCA designation is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and structure.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines.
• Professional and clear communication across phone, email, and in person.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between HOA Board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Travel to client sites for board meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events as needed.
• Prepare and distribute annual disclosure packages and financial statements per regulations.
• Review and summarize monthly financials for the Board of Directors.
• Advise boards on capital improvements and maintenance planning for long-term success.
