Job summary

Kellen is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support client organizations through governance, membership, and event coordination. You will work with volunteer leaders and internal teams to ensure efficient execution and high-quality service.

You will assist with board support, member communications, conferences, and day-to-day operations, contributing to client success and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role, association or nonprofit management desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support governance activities and board/committee coordination.
• Manage membership programs, communications, and client outreach.
• Coordinate conferences, meetings, and events with attention to detail.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and financial reports for clients.
