Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Woodbridge, VA is hiring to train therapists with built-in supervision and support toward full licensure.

You will provide outpatient therapy to diverse clients, use evidence-based approaches, and participate in supervision and team collaboration.

Anticipated start date 2027; compensation includes $60,000–$75,000+ with hour-based incentives, robust benefits, and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Licensed or working toward VA licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC)
• Internship experience counts toward clinical care
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn as a clinician

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in VA (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care(Internship experience counts)
• Strong communicationskills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
