SOL Mental Health is hiring therapists to provide outpatient therapy at our Silver Spring office. You will receive built-in clinical supervision, a clear path toward licensure, and a supportive team that fosters growth from day one.

Anticipated Start Date: 2027. Compensation ranges from $47,500 to $86,000+ with a guaranteed base and hour-based incentives, along with a robust benefits package including retirement, CEU budgeting, and comprehensive coverage.

• Eagerness to grow as a clinician and pursue licensure

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC )
• Experience in direct clinical care(Internship experience counts)
• Strong communicationskills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
