Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy at our Bethesda location, supporting clinicians on the path to full licensure with built-in supervision and a collaborative team. Anticipated Start Date: 2027.

You will work with diverse clients, receive supervision, and benefit from a structured career path and comprehensive benefits.

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care(Internship experience counts)
