Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Washington, DC is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population and contribute to supervision processes, supporting licensure goals. The role includes using evidence-based approaches and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Anticipated Start Date is 2027; the position offers clinical supervision, a structured career path, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates working toward DC licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be pre-licensed in DC and working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care preferred (internship counts).
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in DC (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
