Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Ashburn, VA is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population while gaining strong clinical supervision and licensure support.

You will work with evidence-based approaches, address anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid setting. The role emphasizes growth, case variety, and professional development with built-in supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in VA is preferred; working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience delivering direct clinical care (internship counts).
• Demonstrated strong communication skills in clinical settings.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
