SOL Mental Health in Bethesda seeks a licensed or pre-licensed therapist to grow under built‑in clinical supervision while pursuing licensure. Start date anticipated in 2027, with a supportive pathway and supervision to advance clinically from day one.

Position offers outpatient therapy across diverse populations, with incentives, benefits, and room to develop expertise in anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.
