Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a therapist to provide outpatient services to a diverse client population, with built-in supervision to support licensure and a clear path for career growth.

You will work towards licensure while receiving structured supervision, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver evidence-based care in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed in VA (working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communicationskills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.
