SOL Mental Health in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated therapist to provide outpatient services and support clients on their path to licensure. You will receive built-in clinical supervision from day one, helping you grow confidence and competence.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD; working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship counts).
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
