Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Ballston is seeking new therapists to provide outpatient therapy with built-in supervision to support licensure and a collaborative team environment.

You’ll join a supportive practice that promotes ongoing growth, structured career development, and access to diverse clinical experiences within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Pre-licensed in VA working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
