Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Rockville, MD is seeking a licensed or near-licensure therapist to provide outpatient therapy and grow under built-in clinical supervision. You will work toward full licensure with guidance and supervision from the team.

Anticipated Start Date: 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus clinical hour-based incentives, 401(k) with match, CEU budget, and comprehensive benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship counts).
• Strong communicationskills.
• Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
