Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks a Manager, Associate Territory for Surgical in Boston to train and grow under Territory Managers. You will call on surgeons and clinical staff in ORs and clinics, deliver product education, and drive territory goals through consultative selling.

You will participate in a multiyear ATM program, develop presentation skills, and expand knowledge of Olympus products in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success.
• Ability to relocate after program and grow within Surgical Business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High energy, reliable and positive work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment over 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reach product or account goals with Territory Manager guidance.
• Call on hospital and office customers; provide in-servicing in OR.
• Follow up during pre- and post-sales activities to strengthen relationships.
• Deliver and pick up products; develop consultative selling skills.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competition, and market to meet customer needs.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and on time.
