BD is a leading global medical technology company headquartered in the United States. The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) supports Interventional Surgery physicians and clinical staff, executing field-level surgical case support and training plans to achieve annual sales targets.

The role involves extensive travel and opportunities to advance to Territory Manager. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of sales experience, and the ability to work in a hospital OR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 1-2 years general sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment is required.
• Willing to relocate to fill an open Territory Manager position.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field sales and logistics for training and technical support of clinical cases.
• Prioritize targeted customers, cases and training events with sales management.
• Develop regional physician proctors and training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and support personnel.
• Support regional marketing events, conventions and symposia.
