Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support the acute urology product portfolio across multiple states. The ATM travels extensively to deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and account support, helping drive sales revenue and identify new business opportunities.

This developmental role builds clinical experience and selling skills, with a path to Territory Manager. Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years sales experience required; valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 80%;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing per customer requirements.
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 per company policy.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supports Regional Manager to drive sales revenue with product demonstrations and in-servicing.
• Communicates new business opportunities to the Territory Manager.
• Builds sustainable relationships within supported accounts.
• Coordinates with field sales, logistics, and customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education as required.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and territory management skills.
• Completes administrative duties on time and within detail.
• Attends local, regional, and national medical conferences when required.
