You will maintain store conditions, assist with scheduling, and participate in staffing decisions to meet business needs. This is a full-time on-site role emphasizing leadership and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and administration as delegated by Store Manager.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS/gas transactions and reporting.
• Maintain merchandise shelves, displays, and equipment in prime condition.
• Recruit, interview and select candidates for store roles.
