Job summary

Cornell College invites applications for an associate registrar. The associate registrar partners with faculty, staff, and students to guide them through registration, maintain the Academic Catalog, and support degree audits and Commencement.

The role serves as a primary information source on academic policies, degree requirements, and procedures, and supervises 3-5 student workers while collaborating with the Registrar’s Office on projects across PowerCampus, Stellic, and SEVIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Academic Catalogue and assign course numbers for new courses.
• Update major/minor checklists in multiple locations and coordinate with departments.
• Assist with transfer credit evaluation and degree audits, and support Commencement logistics.
