Job summary

Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking an Associate Registrar. Reporting to the Registrar, this full‑time role combines academic records administration with technical systems oversight to ensure data integrity and policy compliance across enrollment activities.

The Associate Registrar will supervise the Records Office team, maintain Banner registration tables, oversee degree audits, transcript processing, and NSC reporting, and collaborate with IT and other offices to drive workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner Student is preferred.
• 2–3 years in a Registrar's Office or Enrollment Management.
• Experience with degree audit software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Records team in enrollment functions.
• Oversee degree audits and transcript processing.
• Configure Degree Works, Transit, and Scribe.
• Collaborate with IT and other offices on SIS upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
