Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee degree audits and audit rules in Curriculog with the Administrator approval step.
• Process degree applications according to May, August, and December conferral timeframes.
• Prepare and distribute initial degree audit information to departments and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Department Chairs and administrators on audit/process communications.
• Maintain curriculum management software with stakeholders and provide training and annual audits.
• Maintain the annual Springfield College Catalog and related documentation within the Registrar's Office.
• Process all transcript requests for current and former students in a timely manner.
