Job summary

The SR Group, a global specialist recruitment firm, is expanding its US presence in Orlando. We seek an ambitious recruiter who will identify, engage and assess candidates, build strong pipelines, and partner with client-facing teams to meet hiring needs.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in Downtown Orlando and exposure to multiple industries. You will communicate effectively, collaborate with colleagues and candidates, and manage CRM records to ensure a smooth recruitment

Qualifications

• Proactively identify and engage candidates to match active client hiring needs.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates; deliver CVs and arrange interviews.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines; keep candidates informed.
• Collaborate with client-facing recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate skills.
• Provide high-quality service to ensure candidate satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, events and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate with clients for interviews.
• Develop and nurture candidate pipelines; provide timely updates.
• Support client-facing recruiters to optimize sourcing effectiveness.
• Deliver excellent service to exceed expectations.
