Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting skilled trades and construction professionals.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology, trade classifications, and project-based staffing requirements.
• Experience using ATS and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder and industry channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally in Orlando/Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Recruit for positions including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, Safety Managers, Skilled Trades Professionals, General Laborers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, trade schools, unions, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill construction roles.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.
• Attend job fairs and industry events; develop relationships with vocational schools and apprenticeship programs.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records for compliance.
