West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Associate Recruiter for an onsite, full-time role. You will move candidates through the hiring journey, screening and coordinating with hiring managers to select qualified talent.

You’ll use Predictive Index for assessments and maintain organized candidate experiences from application to offer, with collaboration across stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience in high-volume environment.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Strong communication and organization skills expected.

Responsibilities

West Shore Home is seeking an Associate Recruiter to strengthen its Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. In this onsite role in Mechanicsburg, PA, you will help move candidates through the full hiring journey while partnering closely with hiring managers to support screening, interviews, and selection of qualified talent.

This position focuses on ensuring an organized, positive candidate experience from application through offer, with support from the Predictive Index platform for assessments and structured coordination across stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates

Compensation and Schedule

• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Type: Full-Time
