West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the candidate experience from application to offer, partnering with hiring managers to identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates for our regional operations.

This fast-paced, high-volume role emphasizes relationship-building, organization, and meeting performance goals in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Administer candidate assessments through the Predictive Index system.
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine screening.
• Track recruiting activity and meet performance goals.
