West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Associate Recruiter for an onsite, full-time role. You will move candidates through the hiring journey, screening and coordinating with hiring managers to select qualified talent.

You’ll use Predictive Index for assessments and maintain organized candidate experiences from application to offer, with collaboration across stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience in high-volume environment.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Strong communication and organization skills expected.

Aufgaben

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Administer candidate assessments using Predictive Index.
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to collect feedback and refine screening.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records toward goals.
