Associate Regional Recruiter

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Talent Acquisition team in Mechanicsburg plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by identifying and attracting top talent to fulfill the needs of the organization across all levels and locations.

As an Associate Regional Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership of the recruiting efforts for specified regions. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and work closely with hiring managers and the rest of the Recruiting department.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Thoroughly qualify candidates for front line Regional Operations roles within West Shore Home.
• Manage the entire candidate life cycle, which includes but is not limited to reviewing resumes to identify potential, conducting phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role, sending assessments to candidates, and scheduling successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
• Be accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate and present key data points to leadership both inside of Talent Acquisition and the business.
