This onsite role in West Chester, PA focuses on coordinating recruiting efforts, engaging candidates, and partnering with hiring managers in a metrics-driven environment.

You will support national sales hiring needs, maintain strong candidate relationships, and track recruiting activity from outreach through placement, while collaborating with a team

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in recruiting or sales.
• Ability to work in office full time in West Chester, PA.
• Experience supporting national sales hiring and engaging candidates throughout the process.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary plus commission: USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
