Job summary

Bally's Interactive is recruiting an Associate Project Manager to assist the Program Management team with the 3rd party vendor delivery of complex features and enhancements within our product delivery framework.

Reporting to the VP of Program Management, you'll be the connective tissue between vendors, project managers, product owners, and development managers, keeping work moving and delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project or program management.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Keep internal teams and external partners aligned with clear, confident communication that leaves no one guessing.
• Guide new features across all domains to launch on time, at the right quality bar, and in step with our domain governance model.
• Recognize blockers before they become problems and drive fast solutions with internal teams and vendors alike.
• Represent Bally's with professionalism and positivity in every vendor interaction, building partnerships people want to be part of.
• Lead key meetings that actually move things forward, then follow up with sharp minutes and summaries that keep every stakeholder in the loop.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

Role requirements

• 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in project or program management
