Job summary

Bally’s Corporation in Chicago seeks a dynamic Guest Services role to foster entertaining experiences aligned with Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy. You will promote a guest-centric culture, greet and host customers, and support planning of events and programs to boost revenue while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
• Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
• High-level public relations and customer service skills are required.
• Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems.
• Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Job description

• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service
• Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines
• Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude
• Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges
• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance customer service levels
• Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events
• Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy
• Assist with phone solicitation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

• Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
• The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
• Schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs.
