Job summary

Bally’s Corporation in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Project/Program Manager who will keep internal teams and external partners aligned through clear, confident communication and a strong governance model.

You will guide new features across domains to launch on time and with the right quality, anticipate blockers, and represent Bally’s with professionalism in vendor interactions while leading meetings and producing sharp follow-up minutes for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project or program management.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus confidence to facilitate a room with different priorities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and earn trust across teams.
