Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates Inc, an employee-owned firm, is seeking an Associate, Practice Development to help identify property tax opportunities and generate leads. The role includes a 6–12 month apprenticeship to learn services, tools, and sales methodologies, with a growth path toward a managerial role.

You will support outbound campaigns, prepare client meeting materials, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce or HubSpot, while contributing to monthly activity goals in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or sales support) is acceptable.
• Strong interest in a client-facing business development career.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and markets to identify prospective property tax opportunities.
• Build prospect lists and support outbound email, phone, and social campaigns to secure meetings.
• Assist in compiling and organizing assessment data to qualify opportunities.
• Prepare call plans, meeting materials, and follow-ups to create a positive first impression.
• Maintain accurate prospect notes and activities in the CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support proposals, meeting coordination, and next steps.
• Meet monthly activity goals and provide status updates to the Manager/Director.
