Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing contacts and understanding needs.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet growth targets.
• Respond to inquiries and manage conflicts diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
