Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months Customer Engagement Experience internal or external.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a customer portfolio and convert opportunities into active business.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to grow revenue.
• Manage day-to-day customer interactions, respond quickly, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight using negotiation skills and market insight.
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support.
• Identify growth potential and convert transactional relationships into repeat partnerships.
• Use data and reports to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Adopt new tools and automation; document and follow SOPs.
• Support teammates' customers and participate in stand-ups.
