C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive in a hybrid role, starting spring/summer 2027, to re-engage dormant accounts and pursue new opportunities while focusing on relationship-building and portfolio growth.

You will learn on a fast-track program and transition after training to a Portfolio Executive role, with strong onboarding and development support. The role emphasizes autonomy, robust technology, and a collaborative culture, with in-office four days a week and one remote

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of leads by establishing contacts and understanding customer needs.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to grow portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Reconnect with dormant customers to stimulate demand.
• Execute pricing strategies with market acumen and negotiation skills.
• Maintain portfolio urgency and coordinate with teammates.
