Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana to launch careers in medical device sales for early-career professionals with 1–2 years in related fields. You will support senior Territory Managers, develop physician relationships, and learn reimbursement and clinical workflows while pursuing a long-term career path in medical device sales.

The role offers hands-on field selling, formal training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into a Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Device Sales, B2B Outside Sales, Healthcare Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, Account Management, Clinical Sales, or Inside Sales with outside customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, primary care providers, healthcare administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Educate healthcare providers on innovative diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement.
• Execute territory business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows within physician offices and health systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while becoming a trusted resource for customers.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.
