You will collaborate with the Store Director, own your division, and help recruit and develop staff while maintaining a high standard of customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to maximize profitability and brand connection.
• Own a designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Develop innovative community engagement and loyalty programs.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
