The role requires owning key business areas and stepping into other roles to maintain exceptional operations. You will lead store teams with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and operational excellence, while supporting recruiting, training, and development across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Strong customer service focus and brand passion.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to maximize profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Foster a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
