DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to drive cost reductions and profitability. You will own shrink reduction end-to-end, using SQL and AI to analyze data and design scalable fixes in partnership with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Category.

You’ll set financial goals, translate insights into experiments, and lead a cross-functional effort to implement measurable improvements that impact the bottom line.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• BS/BA in supply chain, business, economics, or engineering.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Experience with analytics visualization tools (Sigma, Mode, Tableau) and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and set shrink-related financial goals and playbooks.
• Analyze financial opportunity and operational impact across the business.
• Own end-to-end implementation of strategies and measure success.
