You will collaborate with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product, and Engineering to translate insights into practical improvements, sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and finance.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• BS/BA in supply chain, business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data analysis experience.
• Experience with analytics visualization tools (Sigma, Mode, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end shrink-reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and impacts.
• Design and implement scalable process or product-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product, and Engineering.
• Measure success and iterate on initiatives to drive bottom-line results.
