Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team. You will own end-to-end initiatives to reduce shrink and improve profitability using SQL and AI-driven data analysis, collaborating with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product and Engineering.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, own project delivery from data to implementation, and report to a DashMart manager in a hybrid work environment with periodic in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven analytics and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong business sense and ability to translate data into actions.
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in operations, strategy or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategize by setting financial and operational goals for shrink and profitability.
• Analyze financial opportunity and operational impact across the business.
• Build and document processes; measure success of implemented solutions.
• Scale insights into scalable, measurable improvements to profitability.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, vendor, product, engineering and finance.
