You will own shrink reduction initiatives, analyze data with SQL, and collaborate across Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Product teams to implement scalable fixes. We value strong analytical skills, an ownership mindset, and experience turning insights into measurable profitability improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or strategy roles.
• BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Sigma, Mode, Tableau).
• AI-aware workflow design and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set profitability targets for DashMart shrink and cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and design scalable improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Product, and Engineering.
• Build and implement end-to-end processes to reduce costs and improve margins.
