Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to help reduce supply chain costs and drive profitability. You will analyze data with SQL and AI, design scalable fixes, and partner across Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Product to implement end-to-end solutions.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, own projects from data analysis to execution, and be measured against a key profitability metric in a hybrid work model with occasional in-person

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to own projects from data analysis to cross-functional execution.
4-6+ years of experience in relevant roles.
BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Set financial goals for Shrink and build an actionable playbook.
Assess financial opportunities and operational impacts across the business.
Own end-to-end implementation of strategies and measure results.
Translate insights into scalable operational experiments to improve profitability.
Influence cross-functional teams to scale solutions.
