Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to own end-to-end shrink reduction efforts. You will analyze data with SQL and AI, identify opportunities, and design scalable solutions across Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Product.

This role reports to a DashMart Manager and operates in a hybrid model with occasional in-person collaboration. You will drive profitability with strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven

Qualifications

Experience in process improvement, data modeling, supply chain, and strong financial and business acumen.
Advanced SQL proficiency and ability to build queries from scratch.
Experience with analytical visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, Mode) and data-driven decision making.
BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end shrink reduction initiatives, from data analysis to cross-functional execution.
Set financial goals for shrink and build playbooks to achieve them.
Collaborate with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product, and Engineering to implement scalable fixes.
Lead cross-functional efforts and measure impact on profitability.
